Türkiye: IFC delivery of permit models becomes mandatory, all other buildings
Mimarlık ve Mühendislik Projelerinin Dijital Olarak Hazırlanması Hakkında Yönetmelik (Resmî Gazete 33331, 5 Ağustos 2026)
The exemption from Madde 4(5), which requires the BIM model to be delivered in IFC, ends on this date for every building not covered by the three earlier tiers. Until then the article does not apply to them.

Madde 4(5) does not apply until 01/09/2032 for this category of buildings.
b) 4 üncü maddenin beşinci fıkrası; 1) Nüfusu 2.000.000’u geçen illerin nüfusu 600.000’den fazla olan belediyelerinde yapılacak toplam yapı inşaat alanı 10.000 metrekareyi geçen binalar için 1/9/2029 tarihine kadar, 2) Nüfusu 2.000.000’u geçen illerin nüfusu 400.000’den fazla olan belediyelerinde yapılacak toplam yapı inşaat alanı 10.000 metrekareyi geçen binalar için 1/9/2030 tarihine kadar, 3) Nüfusu 1.000.000’u geçen illerin nüfusu 300.000’den fazla olan belediyelerinde yapılacak toplam yapı inşaat alanı 10.000 metrekareyi geçen binalar için 1/9/2031 tarihine kadar, 4) (1), (2) ve (3) numaralı alt bentlerde sayılmayan binalar için 1/9/2032 tarihine kadar, uygulanmaz.Geçici Madde 1(1)(b)
