Türkiye: permit projects are submitted and reviewed on the e-PYS platform
Mimarlık ve Mühendislik Projelerinin Elektronik Ortamda Teslimi ve Yönetilmesi Hakkında Yönetmelik (Resmî Gazete 33331, 5 Ağustos 2026)
Project authors upload files to the ministry's electronic project management system; administrations and building inspection firms review them there and return deficiencies with written reasons. The regulation enters into force on 1 September 2028.

The regulation enters into force on 1 September 2028.
MADDE 8- (1) Bu Yönetmelik 1/9/2028 tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.Madde 8
Administrations and building inspection firms review projects on e-PYS and return deficiencies with reasons.
(3) İlgili idareler ve yapı denetim kuruluşları ilgili projelerin yürürlükteki mevzuata uygunluğunu e-PYS üzerinden inceler. Yapılan incelemede tespit edilen eksiklikler veya yanlışlıklar e-PYS üzerinden gerekçeleri ile birlikte ilgilisine bildirilir. Tüm eksiklik ve yanlışlıkların gerekçeleri ile birlikte yazılı ve elektronik ortamda açıkça belirtilmesi suretiyle projeler tamamlatılmak üzere ilgililerine iade edilir.Madde 5(3)
